Booklist Review

As more women gradually enter the work force and as the number of single women who head households grows, more and more women are faced with the necessity of retirement planning. Most books on retirement planning, however, ignore the working woman. Martindale, a certified financial planner with her own California radio and television talk shows, and Moses, a personnel specialist, point out that women have special needs and problems that will affect retirement life--they have lower incomes, live longer, and have particular health concerns. These factors all determine how women must plan. The authors provide clear, encouraging advice for all women who need to think about their futures. Highly recommended. ~--David Rouse
