Printed on eight leaves connected laterally and folded accordion style to form a continuous strip which is affixed to p. [2] of cover. Four of the leaves are illustrated with Van Vliet's black and white lithographs of distorted faces: a propagandist, a lobbyist, a banker, and Joe Public. The four folded leaves feature text in various types and colors.
Gold Elephant Hide paper for cover and slipcase. "Greed" stamped multiple times in black on the cover.
