Have You Heard . . .

Just like a chittery-chattery child, Little Bird loves to talk. He asks questions, tells jokes, and explains all about his plans and what he knows about... EVERYTHING!

But a lot of the time, what he hears is:
Not now, Little Bird.
I'm busy, Little Bird.
And... BE QUIET, Little Bird!

With insight and charm, this endearing tale of a familiar childhood dynamic is given brilliant visual expression via photographs of three-dimensional dioramas. In each handcrafted scene, Little Bird appears as if he might fly, or hop, right off the page.

Sure to captivate the eye, this well-told story will win the hearts of any little bird who knows what it's like to feel a little overlooked, or unheard.

Author Notes

Kirsten Hall knows all about art, storytelling, teaching, and being a literary agent. She could tell you all about these things and more...but she'd much rather have her more than 140 books speak for themselves. Ms. Hall also recently launched Catbird Productions. She lives with her husband and children in Manhattan's East Village.

Sabina Gibson works in a 100 year-old factory. There, along with other artists, she has created stories, characters, and scenery for print, television, film, and videos that can be viewed online and through other digital media. She and her partner live in Montreal, Canada.
