Terra Gold, M.A., L.Ac., is a licensed practitioner of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, and clinical nutrition. A yoga instructor for twenty years in the Los Angeles area, she has been on the cover of LA Yoga Magazine and has been featured in Yoga for Dummies and Shakti: The Feminine Power of Yoga.
Eden Goldman, D.C., is a wellness-based chiropractor, certified yoga therapist, physical rehabilitation specialist, and owner of the Yoga Doctors Mandiram in West Los Angeles, CA. He is the author of The Secret Art of Adjusting Yoga Poses.
