Gr 2-4-Alexander finds an extra-large footprint and wonders what kind of monster leaves such a large impression. Along with friends Rip and Nikki, Alex must locate and battle the infamous P-Rex. With short chapters, simple sentences, an abundance of black-and-white drawings that help break up the text, this series title is ideal for newly independent readers.
