Doug is stuck in a rut. He works at a soul-sucking office job and comes home to an increasingly miserable relationship with his long term girlfriend. Desperate to live a more fulfilling life, Doug convinces his best friend Mitch to join him on a trek to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. As Doug pushes himself to become the person he wants to be, life pushes back. In the face of challenges from every direction, Dough struggles to make his way to the mountaintop.
