Summary:
King David is a cunning and charismatic leader of the streets who returns to his home turf in Los Angeles after a 10 year absence seeking redemption, but finds only brutal retribution. An aspiring reporter becomes seduced by the culture of drugs and violence that he is supposed to be reporting about. Together, the two become mixed up with ruthless gangsters and a cold-blooded killer seeking revenge.
