Library Journal Review

Wiedemer, a real estate agent and attorney, quickly establishes the fact that buying bargain property through foreclosure is not the foolproof endeavor that some popular real estate seminar promoters promise. He reminds potential buyers that real estate prices are related to the local economic trend in the community. Wiedemer separates the knowable hazards from the many problems that are unforeseeable and describes how to deal with them. A detailed description of purchasing real estate from government agencies completes this excellent book. Recommended for wide readership.-- Joseph Barth, U.S. Military Acad. Lib., West Point, N.Y.
