School Library Journal Review

Gr 6-9-This book has concise and accurate information and reads like the daily newspaper. However, it is not current enough to document Saddam Hussein's capture. Corona pays a lot of attention to details and the facts. She dwells mostly on the Middle Eastern circumstances vis-a-vis the United States, offering very little about the international perspective. The text gives good information about modern warfare from many aspects, such as technology or covert operations. All of the black-and-white photos are credited. With current circumstances changing every day, this book may be outdated before it even reaches the shelves.-Joel Bangilan, Houston Public Library, TX (c) Copyright 2010.
