Summary:
In the summer of 1947, the friendship of a young Catholic boy, Michael (Peter Tambakis) with a Czech rabbi (Stephen Rea) inspires the wrath of a local Irish street gang, a situation that boils over when Michael witnesses the vicious beating of a Jewish shopkeeper.
