Summary:
(First story) Mr. Ratburn, Arthur's teacher moves in to their house when his roof collapses. Arthur fears Mr. Ratburn will be teaching and grading him every second of the day. (Third story) Neighbors come together when a big blizzard in Elwood City sends all the residents scambling for supplies and shelter.
