Local Note:
Bound by John F. Grabau, whose mark is at the bottom of the front bound endpaper, in green gilt-edged morocco over marbled boards, with the half-title and four stylized roses stamped in gilt on the spine. The endpapers are marbled identically with the cover boards. Includes a hand-lettered dedication page with hand-colored capitals, "To Florence A. Huck, whose love for Sunset Hill is one of the richest contributions to its Anthology. With best wishes for a Happy Birthday, March 28, 1935 from her Friends [signed] Mildred E. Baker and [signed] John F. Grabau." The leaves of photographs are protected by tissue paper. The top edges are gilt.
