Paul Gayler has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in London and is currently Executive Chef at the Lanesborough Hotel. Paul has appeared as a guest on a number of TV programs and was the main consultant for the ITV Chef of the Year competition
Gus Filgate became hooked on photography as a teenager and is now one of Britain's most acclaimed and creative food photographers. Winner of a James Beard Award for Best Food Photography, Gus works on commercials as well as for a number of magazines including Food & Travel and BBC Good Food

Here is another immensely appealing book from the author of A Passion for Vegetables, among other titles. Gayler, a well-known London chef, has a talent for devising imaginative, delicious, and generally uncomplicated recipes. Focusing on one vegetable this time, he's come up with a diverse collection of dishes ranging from Grilled Potato and Fennel Nioise to Sauted Potatoes with Crisp Artichokes and Wilted Arugula to Potato, Zucchini, and Shrimp Spiedini with Mustard-Smoked Paprika Mayo. Color photographs accompany many of the recipes, which are inspired by cuisines from around the world. A good companion to Roy Finamore's excellent One Potato, Two Potato. (c) Copyright 2010.
