1881 printing: 10.3 x 15.2 cm. The pamphlet is bound in tan cloth, with an elaborate design embossed and blindstamped on both covers, which also have slightly bevelled edges. The half-title is stamped in gilt on the front cover. The endpapers and text pages are of white machined paper, now only slightly discolored. The title page has the full title; its verso has the publisher and date, and faces a plate with maps of the Niagara River Valley and of the vicinity of the Falls.
