The pamphlet is bound in green cloth, with the title stamped in gilt within a dark blue rule stamped on the front cover. The endpapers are in a tan, gold, and green pattern. The title page has the title, author, edition, series, and color illustrations. The text pages are of smooth machined paper; all edges are gilt. There is a map shaded in yellow and blue of the New York Central Lines on the last page of text.
