Library Journal Review

In 1922, the legendary coach assembled this football manual, which offers how-to instructions on tackling, passing, signaling, etc., as well as information on proper diet and theories on defense and offense. This edition has been updated with a list of all Heisman Trophy winners up to 1999. Some of his ideas are now dated, but this volume still offers much sound advice as well as being a true piece of Americana. (c) Copyright 2010.
