First edition: 15.6 x 11.9 cm. The printer's imprint, "...gathered together and done into a printed volume by The Roycrofters at their shop, in East Aurora," is in a colophon on the verso of the last index page. The volume is half-bound in maroon morocco over boards, with paper marbled in tan and gray and bordered by gilt rules, and with a bound-in purple bookmark. The spine has the title, author, Roycroft logo, and a design stamped in gilt. The endpapers are marbled in purple, white, and green. The flyleaves and text pages are of plain white hand-laid paper. The copyright data are on p. [6].
