First edition: [1]-17⁸ 18⁴; [1]-136 137-140; 21.8 x 14 cm. The volume is sewn in a beige paper wrapper, now considerably torn. The front cover would have the full title, publisher, and date and place of publication, but is missing its top third; the back cover has a table of contents; the covers' insides have the Society's constitution. The title page is apparently identical to the front cover; the text pages are of plain white rag paper, now slightly foxed.
