The pamphlet is stitched with a brown thread in coarse tan paper, with the title, author, logo, publisher, and place of publication within an elaborate woodcut border in brown ink on the front cover; the back cover and the versos of both covers have Hubbard aphorisms, also in brown ink. The title page has the title, author, an engraving, and the date in Roman numerals within an identical woodcut border in black ink; its verso has a portrait photograph of Elbert Hubbard. The text pages are on high-quality white paper. The pamphlet is further protected by a blank portfolio of tan-yellow cardboard.
