Vol. III, No. 7: 17.6 x 11.9 cm. The printer's imprint, "The Knickerbocker Press," is at the bottom of the cover and of its verso. The issue is stapled in a grayish tan wrapper, with the title, author, issue date, publisher, and printer in red and black within a decorated, ruled panel on the front cover. The back cover has an advertisement from Putnam's stationery department. The text pages are of white laid paper, and some of them have not been separated at the top of the volume.
