Local Note:
First edition: 30.5 x 23 cm. The printer's imprint is also at the bottom of the title page verso. The volume is half-bound in blindstamped green leather and green marbled paper over boards, with the title and four pairs of horizontal rules stamped in gilt on the spine. The endpapers are also marbled in green. The flyleaves and text pages are of high-quality white paper, though some pages have not been separated at the outer edge of the volume; the top edges are gilt. The volume is protected by its original glassine wrapper, now very brittle, and by a gray pasteboard box which is now falling apart. The title page has the full title, author, and date of publication; its verso has copyright and printing data.
