First edition: [68]⁴ 69¹⁶; [1085]-1088 1089-[1104]; 23.2 x 15.1 cm. The printer's imprint is at the bottom of the title page. The volume is quarter-bound in light brown cloth over tan boards, with the title and Dewey decimal number hand-printed on the front cover, the verso of which bears the ownership sticker of the Buffalo Public Library. The endpapers are of tan machined paper granite-grained in blue. The title page has the full title, publisher, place of publication, and the date in Roman numerals, and bears the punched-out stencil, "BUFFALO PUBLIC LIBRARY." The text pages are of plain white rag paper in very good condition.
