The printer's imprint, "PUDNEY & RUSSELL, PRINTERS, JOHN STREET," is on the title page verso, along with the typesetter's imprint, "BILLIN & BROTHERS, 10 & 12 NORTH WILLIAM-ST.," and the publisher's name and place. The pamphlet is stitched with a white thread in a tan paper wrapper, with the title in Old English letters inside an engraved wreath within a double-ruled border, with the name and location of the publisher running below the outside of the wreath, on both front and back covers. The title page is identical to the cover but for the lack of publisher and place. The text is on plain white paper. P. 3 has an engraving in black ink.
