First edition: 12.4 x 9.7 cm. The printer's imprint, "Herbert Clarke, Paris," is at the right bottom of the back cover. The volume is stitched with white thread in Irish-Calville Apple green paper over boards, with the title and author printed in green on the front cover, and with the price, "PRICE ONE SHILLING," printed in green on the back cover. The endpapers and text pages are on plain white laid paper. The left front endpaper bears the handwritten ownership note, "Martha Gelleu (?) May-1934." The right front endpaper has pasted in a short poem, "Delusion." The copyright data are on the right front endpaper verso, facing the foretitle page. The frontispiece lists other works by the author. The title page has the title, author, publisher, and date and place of publication. The colophon is on the last page of text. The back cover verso bears the handwritten note, "From Ted."
