Manuscript page facsimile mounted on fiberboard: 46 x 34 cm. The printer's imprint is absent. The reproduction is in full color at actual size (43.2 x 31 cm.) on heavy paper mounted on brown fiberboard, and bears the handwritten number "314." The verso of the board contains a sheet from the publisher (35.2 x 25 cm.) on white laid paper with the publisher's blurb and with a quotation from a book by G. Swarzenski, all in German and in English translation. At the top of the board verso is a custom-made folding brass hanger for wall display of the item.
