The printer's imprint, "Printed by J. HAYES, Dartmouth Street, Westminster," appears on the title page verso and at the bottom of the last text page (p. 126). The volume is half bound in maroon levant with marbled papers over boards, with the title, "DAVIS'S OLIO LONDON MDCCCXIV," in decorated brackets stamped in gilt on the spine ; both covers are blank. Both sets of endpapers are beautifully marbled in green, yellow, red, blue, and white. Tbe flyleaves and text pages are of plain white laid paper. The title page has the title, author, publisher, and date and place of publication.
