The printer's imprint is absent. The volume is bound in smooth tan calf, with double-ruled borders stamped in gilt on both covers, which are otherwise blank. The spine has the title, "CHATTERTON'S MISCEL," stamped in gilt on red calf, and also has several double horizontal rules stamped in gilt. The endpapers, flyleaves, and text pages are of plain white laid paper. The frontispiece is an engraving based on a sketch by the author. The title page has the title, author, publisher, place of publication, and date in Roman numerals. An unpaginated engraved leaf faces p. 134.
