The printer's imprint, "Gilbert, Printer, Salters Hall Court, Cannon Street," is at the bottom of p. 106.Stamped in gilt on the spine; both covers are blank. The endpapers and the text pages are of plain white laid paper. The front flyleaf bears the handwritten note in black ink, "Jane Hutchinson The gift of her Affectionate Friend Isabella Ives May 31st 1815." The frontispiece is an engraving in black ink. The title page has the title, author's pseudonym, publisher, and place of publication. Some text pages are heavily foxed.
