The pamphlet is stapled in heavy rose laid paper with the title, author, publisher, date and place of remarks, and decorated rules in red ink on the front cover; the back cover is blank. The text pages are of fine white paper. The title page is identical to the front cover but for the use of black ink. The title page verso contains copyright and publication data.
