Reviews 1

Library Journal Review

Betzina, host of the popular Sew Perfect series shown on HGTV, has created a line of patterns for Vogue and authored several other popular sewing books and videos, including, most recently, Fabric Savvy. Vests, pants, skirts, dresses, and jackets for women are the focus of this book, with Betzina guiding the reader step by step through her thinking process in planning, constructing, fitting, customizing, and finishing each type of garments. More than 500 color photos illustrate many tricks of the trade, shortcuts, and tips. This will be a core title in any sewing collection. (c) Copyright 2010.
