Author Notes

President and founder of The Z Company, Michael Robertson started MP3.com, a cutting-edge music site that has become a leader on the Internet. His previous endeavors include the founding of Media Minds, Inc., Filez, and MR Mac Software. BAM magazine named Michael one of the hundred most influential individuals in the music industry.
In the 1980s, Ron Simpson undertook many projects with MIDI, Multimedia, and finally the Internet. Since surfacing in the "Digital Desert" of Phoenix, Arizona, Ron has written books on web audio, become a prolific musician, and begun work as a ProTools editor.
