In his current role as Divisional Technical Administrator for the RFU, Biscombe evaluates coaches working at all levels of the Game, helps to develop elite youth players and provides technical support and resources for the England team.

He has played and coached rugby at various club, county, divisional, and international levels and has coached players ranging from those in school to senior internationals.
