Billy Blanks developed TAE-BO, and people crowd to take classes at the Billy Blanks World Training Center in Sherman Oaks, California, the only place in the world TAE-BO classes are officially avallable. He and his work have been featured on Oprah, E! Entertainment Television, Good Morning America, and in People, Esquire, and many national publications. He is also an actor, appearing most recently on ER. He lives in California with his wife and children.

Full of practical tips on the mind-body connection to maintaining physical vitality through Tae-Bo, this audio presentation by its creator, Blanks, is intended to accompany the actual workout tapes. But it also stands alone as a motivational tool for anyone interested in using Tae-Bo to increase flexibility, energy, concentration, and strength. Blanks's enthusiasm for fitness and confidence in the approach is very winning and convincing, as he narrates this overview of his method.
