Elaine Marmel is President of Marmel Enterprises, Inc., an organization that specializes in technical writing and software training. Elaine spends most of her time writing and has authored and coauthored more than 25 books about software products. In addition, Elaine is a contributing editor to Inside Peachtree for Windows and Inside QuickBooks for Windows, monthly magazines. David Plotkin is a Senior Data Administrator for Longs Drug Stores in Walnut Creek, California. He designs computer systems, specializing in databases and database systems.
