Harvey Spencer has over 30 years experience in the computer market as a user, VAR, manufacturer and consultant. Currently he is president of Harvey Spencer Associates Inc., a consulting company specializing in strategy, technical planning and product marketing of advanced document imaging technology and solutions, with a particular focus on document capture and forms processing. He is a recognized expert on document scanning and forms recognition, including OCR, ICR, OMR and barcode recognition.
