Author Notes

Beryl Marton has been a leader in the food industry for more than 30 years. She has written five cookbooks, run several culinary schools, and owned a successful restaurant in Vermont. She has appeared on local and national television as a media spokesperson for major food and housewares corporations. She currently owns a food manufacturing and distribution business in New England. Marton resides in Maine.
