Bill Wagner is a computer expert and author who has several best-sellers to his credit, including Dynamic HTML Unleashed. He has also just completed The Complete Idiot's Guide to Unix. Bill also writes a bi-monthly Internet security column for the Electronic Commerce Advisor, and has wide-ranging programming experience in multiple languages and extensive adminstration experience (NetWare 3.11-4.0/Lantastic/ WFW/WinNT 3.51-4.0/AIX, 4.1x/SunOS, 4.1.3/Solaris 2.5-6/and LINUX--OpenLinux Base, OpenLinux Server, Redhat, and Slackware.) Patrick D. Brown, works for Pacificnet LLC., the 4th largest ISP in Southern California, as a system administrator. Currently Patrick handles the daily operation of a very extensive network, ranging from simple administration and security of numberous OS's, to extensive routing of WAN connections to the internet. He has a wide range of experience administrating Solaris 2.5-6, IRIX 6.2 WinNT 3.51-4.0, FreeBSD 2.2.5, and Linux -- RedHat, Debian, and Slackware.
